What Percentage Does Sandoval Charge in Personal Injury Cases?

At our firm, the fee is a percentage of the total settlement or award in your case. This will be explained in detail in your contract. The contingent fee only changes in percentage if the case could not be resolved informally with the insurance and we are required to file a lawsuit on your behalf. While the percentages differ from firm to firm, what is customary is that you will have a bump up in the fee when the case has to be filed.
