Work and Auto Accident Attorney
As a Houston personal injury attorney, Attorney Sandoval focuses on handling work injury and car wreck cases in the Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and Rio Grande Valley (Edinburg, McAllen, Donna, Weslaco, Harlingen). Our firm is Houston based but more than 50% of case load is located near or in other major Texas cities. The firm has filed personal injury claims for individuals all over the state. Mr. Sandoval focuses on using the laws that were passed to protect injured workers and safe drivers and making negligent companies and individuals take responsibility for their negligent actions.
As an auto accident lawyer, Mr. Sandoval has handled cases of all sizes. He understands that dealing with the insurance companies is difficult no matter the seriousness of the crash and injuries. Police reports and driver statements don’t always tell the whole story of car crash. When fighting for car wreck victims, Mr. Sandoval focuses on interviewing the witnesses, visiting the crash sites, examining the damage to the vehicles and looking all other factors that would make clear that the other driver was negligent. There are several car wreck attorneys in Houston but Sandoval focuses on providing personal attention everyone of his clients.
Mr. Sandoval has been a work injury lawyer for his entire legal career. The firm has handled Texas non-subscriber cases all over the state and against several companies that do not have traditional Texas Workers’ Compensation. While the list of nonsubscriber companies is extensive, some of the more notable employers that are Texas nonsubscribers are Walmart, Amazon, Target, Lowe’s, Home Depot, HEB, and many more. Attorney Sandoval takes great pride in being able to take the knowledge and experience he received growing up as a physical laborer himself and, using it to better understand how his clients’ injuries occurred. Mr. Sandoval speaks the workers’ language and is capable of easily understanding how an incident could have been prevented. In almost every case, he’ll go visit the incident site so that there is no question about how the job injury occurred. Mr. Sandoval has been handling work injury cases like Texas non-subscriber work injury cases, FELA railroad injury cases and third-party construction site work injury cases for over 20 years.
Putting up the Fight for Injured Workers’ Rights!
For the first 12 years of his career, Texas Work Injury attorney Hector L. Sandoval represented injured railroad workers and their families in over half the states in the U.S. After spending much of this time on the road fighting for injured railroaders rights, in 2015, Hector brought his experience back home to Houston. As one of three shareholders of Sandoval & Waldman, PLLC, Hector focused his practice on representing injured Texas workers and their families all over the State Texas. In a short three-year period, Hector developed a practice that focused on holding Texas Non-Subscriber Employers responsible when their negligence resulted in serious injuries to their employees. During this same time, Hector also represented individuals that suffered serious injuries in car crash cases, premises cases and crashes involving 18-Wheeler trucks, gaining vast experience dealing with insurance companies. In 2018, Hector decided that it was time to take his national and state-wide experience and create a firm that was truly dedicated to representing the injured Texan Worker! This is what we do at Sandoval Law Firm, PLLC, Putting up the Fight for Injured Workers’ Rights! Over 20 years experience representing injured Texans!
